What are your shipping rates?
CANADA RATES
-For Canadian Orders $99+ CAD Shipping is FREE
-For Canadian Orders Under $99 CAD there is a $8 Flat Shipping Rate
U.S RATES
-For U.S Orders $150+ CAD Shipping is FREE
-For U.S Orders Under $150 CAD there is a $15 Flat Shipping Rate
INTERNATIONAL RATES
-For International Orders we have different shipping rates depending on your location. At checkout, you will able to see the shipping rates offered to you.
How long will it take to get my order?
On average, most customers receive their items within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
Here’s how it all works:
First, you place your order which only takes a few seconds. Next, your package goes into processing which takes up to 1-3 business days. Finally, our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way.
Depending on where you are, please allow for 3-14 business days for this step. If you are shipping outside of Canada or the U.S, this may take longer.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
At avictia we always try our best to process and ship all our customers orders quickly so our customers will receive them as fast as possible. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. If you are unsure please contact, email or DM us before you order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address that you provide us with. Please note that customers are responsible for inputing their correct shipping address. Please double-check the address you provide us with. If you make an error in your shipping address, your package will be delivered to the wrong location, or may be marked as invalid if the shipping company cannot locate it. In this situation we will be unable to refund your shipping costs. We can re-deliver your package if you pay for additional shipping costs to deliver your package to the correct address.
DUTIES, CUSTOMS & TAXES
avictia is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes on placed on shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
These fees are not applied by avictia. If you are unsure about any charges that you may incur, please contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Please note that gift cards are not eligible to be returned
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
- If the item is not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we can't offer you a refund.
- Shipping fees, and/or shipping insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
- International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

To return your product, please refer to the return address on the shipping label that your package came with. You should take the package with the shipping label on it to the post office and inform them that you would like to return your product to the return address below:

Please note there is a small fee associated with the return. You will be responsible for paying the fee for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time for the item return delivery to be completed may vary. Depending on the process time and the shipping company, it can take anywhere from 10 days to 2 or more months.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at avictiashop@gmail.com
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at avictiashop@gmail.com.

About avictia
Practicing competitive dance and yoga for over 10 years basically meant that I didn't wear anything other than activewear and scrunchies on a daily basis.
